Please Note: I have a no refund policy on my CD's for Mac Users!
Dear Mac Users:
I frequently get MAC machine questions regarding ordering and successfully playing my CD-R's. So I hope this information helps!
The CD's that I sell are CD-R's. Mac machines do need to have a feature "disabled" to read CD-R disks. Seems,in the Mac, there is an extension called UDF Volume Access. This file DISABLES the ability to read Joliet volumes on the Mac. (Joliet is the language of my burnable CD-R's). By disabling or removing this extension, the CD should mount properly. Further assistance can be obtained at:
CD-R's. You can be sure my CD's are checked thoroughly before shipping. So if you order my CD-R's and you cannot figure out how to get them to play, I will not be held responsible for that. No Refunds!!
Thanks!
Evan
PS
I recently received this suggestion from a Mac User via e-mail:
Evan:
If I might make one suggestion: as a Mac user I found that I needed to install an additional extension to get the CDs to play correctly. The extension is called 'Joliet Volume Access' and can be downloaded here:
Perhaps you could update your 'Mac Assistance' page on your website to include this link?
Thanks again, I've got hours and hours of pleasure ahead of me listening to these CDs!
